Refund Policy

PRODUCT RETURNS

Only stock products will be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase, and the Client must obtain written authorization from PAWLISH prior to returning any product. Products must be shipped prepaid to our designated address. The classification of products in our warehouse may be subject to change without prior notice; however, the classification valid at the time the order was placed will apply.

These circumstances do not exempt the Client from fulfilling any payment obligations on the product subject to return. When the return is caused by reasons attributable to PAWLISH (such as manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments), a corresponding credit will be issued, including applicable transportation costs.

PAWLISH reserves the right to accept product returns only if both the product and its packaging are in perfect condition and absolutely unused. Products showing signs of use, manipulation, or damage will not be eligible for return.

For returns governed by a Commercial Agreement, the criteria and timelines specified in the agreement will apply.

Important notes:

  • Returns of promotional, discounted, or limited edition products are not accepted unless the product is defective.
  • Partial returns are not permitted when products are sold as kits, bundles, or packs; the complete set must be returned.

FORCE MAJEURE

PAWLISH shall not be held responsible for non-compliance or delays caused by regulatory actions, government orders (federal, state, or municipal), civil or military authority, acts of God, fires, floods, strikes, labor disputes, actions or omissions of the Client, embargoes, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, transport delays, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of PAWLISH.

In case of any of the above-mentioned circumstances, delivery times will be reasonably extended without any penalty or liability. Any contractual clause relating to penalties for late delivery shall be voided if force majeure applies during manufacturing or transportation of the products.


WARRANTY

PAWLISH guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • To activate this warranty, the Client must present the purchase invoice and return the product directly to PAWLISH or the authorized distributor where it was purchased.
  • PAWLISH undertakes to repair, replace, or issue a credit note for defective products at no additional cost to the Client.
  • A warranty claim does not exempt the Client from fulfilling any outstanding payments to PAWLISH.

The warranty is void in the following cases:

  • If unauthorized persons perform repairs or modifications without PAWLISH’s written approval.
  • If the product shows severe damage, misuse, or improper application attributable to the user (including but not limited to wear, rust, cracks, tampering, missing labels, or missing parts).
  • If the product has not been used in accordance with instructions on manuals, catalogs, or labels.
  • If the warranty claim is submitted outside the valid timeframe.

PAWLISH’s responsibility is strictly limited to the replacement or repair of the defective product. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party claims resulting from product malfunction.

If a warranty claim is found invalid after inspection, the Client will be responsible for covering any costs incurred during product evaluation and handling.
